The largest and the wealthiest of the Five Great Shinobi Nations. The terrain is mostly plains, with few mountains and rivers, but many forests. The country's soft climate is the main reason for its prosperity, as harvests can be collected twice a year, and natural disasters are rare. The borders of the Country of Fire are guarded safe by a large army, and the many shinobi from Konohagakure no Sato, which is considered the strongest ninja village in the world. |

A land that was ravaged for years by the wars of the past, its very earth and nature shows signs of things from Chakra weapon influences, to unsealed beings, to creatures and plants that are no where near what it is anywhere else. A land covered in shadows and mystery, the very meaning of the village hidden with in is true, for this place reminds people of the underworld, with its Crimson rivers, and blackened earth all over the place. Its plants and trees tend to show orange and red instead of green with black trunks and stems. Those who end up here unwillingly are said to be lost always in the mountains surrounding the country. |

The Land of Lightning and is one of the Five Great Shinobi Nations that contains the hidden village of Kumogakure. It is composed of numerous mountain ranges. It is located on a high mountain, literally hidden in the clouds. The leader of the village is known as the Raikage. Located in the northeast, the Country of Lightning is mostly a mountainous area; it shares one border with an unknown country, while the rest of the country is marked by a long coast line. It is one of the Five Great Countries, and in the central-west side of the country lies one of the more powerful ninja villages, the Village Hidden in the Clouds, itself situated in the mountains among the clouds. |

A vast and mysterious land whose creation, origin, and existence in general is largely unknown. The vague and mystic veil of the country has left it all but seemingly forgotten amongst the world. Uninhabitable and barren lands are the only thing one is bound to find in the country, as the average being is simply not built to endure the harsh environments and conditions that make up its entirety. Comprised of three separate regions, The Infinity Forest, Exodus, and Atlantia, the tribes, gangs/outlaws, and logiest alike defend Engineer Country and its borders relentlessly. Regardless of the sect, they are all extremely and immediately hostile to everyone not of the country who steps on the terrain. Due to this induced isolation, the inhabitants of Engineer Country have developed cultures, languages, use of chakra (usually not referred to as such), technology, and governing systems far different than the outside world. |

The majestic land of Snow. As the name of the country suggests, the climate is rather cold with winter covering the land in snow and ice year round. The landscape is dominated by snowy mountains with tall glaciers making parts of the coastline inaccessible from the sea. There are almost always blizzards constantly blowing, or snow falling of some kind. Rarely is it never doing either of these things. While small in size, Shinobi from this area are very powerful. After the fall of Kirigakure, many of its own Shinobi set out to find another place to call "home", and found themselves here. |

The Diamond Country, a world, as its namesake, of pristine and unparalleled beauty. Surrounded by a range of massive mountains that enclose the mainland to the sea, the country is a wealth of lush temperate rainforest. Off the coast lies an archipelago of beautiful verdant forested islands. The land is painted with vivid dark and light greens and is home to two distinct types of rainforest. The mountainous regions on the mainland are home to the subalpine forests comprising of mainly tsuga and fir trees whereas a cool temperate zone of beautiful cypress, oak, and fir trees encompasses the rest of the land and islands. Thousands of lakes dot the landscape, ranging from small ponds to extensive waters all connected by gushing waterfalls and rivers pouring out eastward towards the sea. The people of Diamond Country live among the forest in harmony with nature and many worship the rainforest and mountains themselves. |

These countries are too small to be considered one of the 5 great countries and have either poverty, criminal or just military issues. These countries depend on outsiders for protection, a source of income or just as a set base for their operations. These countries live outside the rules of the great 5, but function with a Lords or Mayors as primary Law Enforcers, which makes it usually friend places for Missing-nin to convene without the hassle of hunt. |
