JUTSU MECHANICS
What separates one shinobi from another shinobi is their toolkit. Be it Special Abilities, Bloodlines, Weaponry, or in the case of this Library file, Jutsu. The amount of jutsu a single RPC is capable of learning is based off of of their rank (E-S), while the max level of jutsu they’re capable of learning is based on the allocation of their style points. Furthermore, the max amount of the highest level jutsu they are capable of learning, is based off of their title (Genin, Chunnin, Jounin, Kage). Now how one goes about learning different Jutsu is fairly simple, with the user simply RPing going through the motions to learn whatever jutsu they’re trying to harness (IE: A thread where the RPC learns how to weave the handseals and properly direct their chakra to manifest said jutsu). Basically the post/thread must be relevant to training. With that said, based on the rank of the jutsu, some are fairly to learn, while others pose a mass amount of technical difficulty that make them harder to polish, thus they all carry a rank denoting their level of difficulty, with S-Kin being the highest and most complex. When you think you’ve done what it takes for your RPC to gain/learn a technique, you can submit the thread to the dropbox where it will be graded by one of the Moderators where they will apply the Training Points you’ve gained in the thread. If you’ve completed learning the jutsu, they will reply with a simple “Completed”.

Note: The only exception to these Training Point rules is if the Jutsu being learned is a Kinjutsu. With those you take the base Training Points required for the level of jutsu, and double it (IE: C-Rank Jutsu = 3 Points so a C(Kin) would take 6 Training Points to acquire). However with a teacher (someone who already knows the jutsu teaching you, 2 TP can be deducted from the total, though obviously cannot be lower than 1 TP per jutsu.
