Our Rules:
By joining and posting on NRC you agree to the following rules:
(1) Please Treat ALL Posters with Respect and Courtesy.-
Anyone who is found to be abusive to another member will be banned at the Admin`s discretion.
(2) No Advertising-
You are NOT allowed to post links to external forums in your signature.You may put links to non-forum websites in your signature as long as they are not "Naruto-based" websites. If you wish to post a link to a forum in your signature, and it is a no-Naruto related forum, you may PM the administrator for permission. Or, to post a link to your forum in our advertising section please go here and read the application rules. Note, any type of forum or website is allowed to be advertised in that section unless it is "Naruto-based".
(3) No Large Pictures in Signatures -
If its too excessive, you will be asked to remove or spoiler it.
(4) Admin And Mod jobs ---
Please do not ask to be an Admin or Mod if and when we need to recruit someone we will let you know.
(5) No Obscenity -
You Must not post any obscene messages or pictures, including pornography or links to said material. Doing so may result in an instant ban. Please keep this to PM.
(6) No Piracy* -
You must not post links to illegal downloads or copyrighted material such as movies and music.
(7) Keep it legal** -
With all forums we are held responsible for all posts so please beware and think before you post.
(8) No Posting of Personal Contact Information -
This is For your safety, Any public posting of any personal contact information will be removed.
(9) No Trolling -
Do not post comments which have the sole purpose to cause an argument. You may express your opinion on a topic, however abuse to anyone who doesn't have the same opinion as you will not be tolerated. Trolls will be banned.
(10) No Flaming or posting of material intended to start a flame war.--
Forum wars are stupid and childish we will not get involved with them.
(11) No All Caps -
This is seen as shouting and any post like this will be removed. It is also classed as rude Please don't do it.
(12) Keep things public
- To make this forum successful please only use the pm system for the odd private message.
(13) Spamming of any type is not allowed---
Where as some poor forums feel the urge to spam their way to the top we feel that only good honest post makes a forum successful. Any spam will be removed and the offended warned then banned.Strange and unusual text and symbol use such as the bleeding text which runs into other posts/words is considered spam
(14) Word filter ---
It is there to protect everyone on the forum anyone found trying to avoid this will be warned then banned and the post removed.
(15) A strike system is in effect for any user failing to fully comply with the rules:
First Offense: A verbal warning in the topic the offense is committed in.
Second Offense: Formal Warning via PM system.
Third Offense: Suspended from the forum for 1 week (Time depends of type/majority of offense.)
Fourth Offense: A permanent ban.
In severe cases the offender may be banned before making 3 offenses.
If you have a problem with any particular user, Please send a PM to one of the moderators. Please do not contact moderators or Admin about silly childish petty squabbles.
(16) Complaints -
We take pride in our forum however there may be times where some of our members or guest may feel upset. If this is the case please send an Admin a pm clearly stating what you are upset about, if you can take a screen shot to back up your claim then please do.
Anyone found to be abusing the complaints system will be removed form the forum.
(17)Staff Wars -
If at any time an Admin feels that staffers are disagreeing on topics based on personal reasons, or they are intentionally reverting each other's actions, editing their posts illegally, or committing any type of conspiracy the staff found guilty will be demoted and banned for a duration that will be determined based on the offense.
(18) Multiple Accounts -
Due to the nature of NRC and it's delicately balanced RPG system, having more than one account at any time is not permitted. If there are multiple people in a household using NRC, each person is permitted one account. In the case of multiple accounts per household (operated by different people) you must PM any, or all, of the Admins alerting them of the multiple peoples in the household, to avoid making invalid bans. Below are the consequences for creating multiple accounts:
1st Offense: All account are banned permanently, excluding the original account. (ex.  If you have 3 accounts ,one was created on January 23rd of the current year, the other July 23rd of the same year, and December 23rd of the same year, then the ones created on July 23rd and December 23rd will be banned, and the oldest account being the January 23rd account, will remain unbanned.)
2nd Offense (aka: You do it again, even after all but the original account are banned): All accounts are banned permanently, the original account is only banned for 1 week per account created after the first account (ex. You had three accounts, you are banned for 2 weeks. You had 5 accounts, you are banned for 4 weeks. Etc.).
3rd Offense(aka: You do it again, even after you've been banned for a period of time):Â All accounts are banned permanently.
The only legal way to maintain multiple accounts is with explicit permission given by the site's current owner.
(19)Chat box {C-Box} rules-
Well you people may have noticed the C Box at the bottom of the forum by now, there are quite a few ground rules that need to be said right now, breaking these rules will lead to the banning from the C box, and if further infraction occurs on your normal NRC account. This is a test venture, and could easily go away. Rules are subject to change as well.
Under no circumstance do you brag about your RPCs, E-Peen is strongly held in contempt, the C-box is supposed to be a fun and enjoyable environment, take your bragging else where or you will be warned, and then banned.
Do not suggest ideas, or critique the moderators in the C-box. Your advice is not requested nor wanted there. Take private matters to private mediums such as PM. If a moderator tells you to drop something, drop it.
Discussing work in the C-box is frowned on, if you want something done use one of the many request areas we already have set up.
C-box will never equate to anything on forum systems. Permission given there is worth absolutely nothing. Mods are strongly advised to never give permission there, as it will be rejected regardless. Forum talk is always promoted, and the C-box will not replace it.
C-box is a privilege that mods retain the right to revoke at any time, for any reason. Yes this means we can be random about it, deal with it.
If a member is caught abusing another member over the chat box they will be given 1 of 3 warnings. On the second warning they will be temporarily banned from C box, further infraction can lead to longer bans, or to actual forum punishment.
Do not Troll. Jokes are fine, actual trolling will result in swift punishment and possibly IP ban.
Do not promote the C-box to non member friends. They are not welcome here, if they want to use it, join the forum like everyone else.
DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE DISCUSS EVENT TOPICS OR STAFF TOPICS HERE. Those are locked from normal members for a reason. Gold member is still part of the Forum revenue and will not be replaced with C box.
This chat box is subject to all NRC rules as well

* By Piracy we mean
Illegal copying of a product such as software or music.
The unauthorized duplication and/or use and distribution of a software program, including Music, Programs,Movies etc.
This also includes copying post from one forum to another with out the consent of the original author.
** By Legal we mean:
The selling of any material including drugs, guns , knives and any other product under the current law which is illegal.
Also the showing and allowing the showing of any material which is against the law and also against the MyFreeForum Terms And Conditions, this would include pornography in any shape or form.
Further Rules:
(1) Gold Members cannot start topics in the staff room, they may however post in subjects if they have a valid point.
(2) RPG mods cannot counter a claim an Admin has claimed. They may however, counter with a Owner to have the owner bypass their claim.
(3) Staff may not edit their own Applications, even at Admin level. You can however, edit someone else's application if you let an Admin know.
(4) Staff lower than the Head of Forums, may not in under any circumstance delete their post, or another person's post relating to anything without first consulting with Head of Forums or higher. If a person deletes a post, the staff person will be demoted as well as put on probation.
(5) As per inactivity, the user is allowed One month of not actively posting on the forum (in any area) before all current RPC's are moved to rejected, and the Bloodline slot/SA/Sage/Jin slot they held becomes available to the public.
